Articulating how I can support you and what you are looking for from your doula experience.

Brining awareness towards the birth of the baby.

You will have access to my suggested books, resources and practitioners.

We will cover brining consciousness towards a low-tox pregnancy and how to do it; swops, culling, adding.

Discussing your birth story and helping to release any past trauma regarding birth.

Partner may be present.

Assisting you in writing a birth plan.

Ways to connect and feel supported by your partner.

How you feel about brining a baby into the world.

Practitioners who might help get ready for birth; physically & emotionally.

I can help answer any questions you may have, and addressing any fears that may be coming up regarding the birth.

Optional ;

Can be in person or over the phone.

Can help with organisation of baby things.

Go over any last minute things that may need addressing.

Additional: $150

I will be on call 24/7 from 38 weeks till your birth.

You can call me anytime during this period.

When you feel you are in labor I will come to you as soon as I am able to.

I may come and go depending on which stage of labour you are at. Or I may come and be there the whole way through.

Together we will debrief and integrate your birth.

Support you with your post birth healing needs.

Support you in your breast-feeding journey if needed.

Can cook food if this is something you are interested in (additional fee).

2 hrs

Meeting with the whole family a final time, making sure you feel complete with your integration after birth.

Check in and see how you feeling physically and emotionally.

Is there any additional support you and your family may be needing.

Put you in touch with people who could help you now and beyond.
